The training experience includes three phases: Up-front Instruction, Practice Environment, and an After Action Review (AAR).

The total training time for ELITE SHARP CTT is flexible based on user and training needs.

For example, time may vary depending on user experience level, performance, and engagement.

All Soldiers and DA Civilians should receive SHARP Unit Refresher Training (URT) annually.

The Armed Forces’ Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program is the Armed Forces’ integrated, proactive effort to end the crimes of sexual harassment and sexual assault within our ranks.

Sexual harassment and sexual assault have no place in the Armed Forces.
